The hotel had ample parking space and a friendly receptionist who was incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, even with our two large dogs. The delicious pizza we ordered was a pleasant surprise, as was the fantastic breakfast, especially the amazing coffee. The staff, particularly the young woman who looked after us, were polite and accommodating. Compared to other budget hotels, Ibis Budget stands out with its larger rooms, delightful breakfast, and great value for money.

The rooms at Ibis Budget Narbonne Sud A9/A61 are simple and cozy, with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The rooms also have a laptop-friendly workspace, perfect for catching up on emails or working remotely. I really appreciated the free WiFi, which made it convenient to stay connected. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. Certain rooms even offer beautiful views of the mountains or garden, adding an extra touch of serenity.

Subjectively speaking, I wasn't a fan of the duvet provided in the renovated bedrooms. Others might still find it cozy and comforting, but I prefer a different type of bedding.

A buffet breakfast that can be served in a chic dining area or on the terrace, decorated mainly in white and orange. Amenities include a terrace, garden, and a snack bar/deli. Just what I need, a standard but cheap breakfast.

The breakfast selection was amazing, with options for gluten-sensitive guests. The hotel also offered self-checking automat at the entrance, making the check-in process hassle-free.

There were not enough electrical outlets in the room.
